What is the FRONT Harness made of?
Webbing on harnesses is made of Recycled Polyester made from plastic removed from the ocean.
Are we sustainable?
We only use recycled or recyclable shipping boxes and mailers. We are using Ecoenclose zero waste label liners and thermal shipping printers to make it 100% recyclable in your bin. Our zero-waste sticker and label liners are recyclable.
We are committed to doing our part to find and provide a service to each other and our planet.
Is the Trainer's Tool Kit from a certified trainer?
Yes, our founder is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed
Why does my dog need a harness?
Your dog needs to be secure at all times and you should always be able to control him safely. The FRONT Harness is a fantastic tool for walking your dog safely. The front attachment is a guidance tool.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the USA. International shipping is in the works and should be available soon.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link is included with your order's confirmation email. Please get in touch with us ASAP if you did not receive a confirmation email.
Where do I find the Trainers Toolbox videos?
Your confirmation email provides you with the link to access the FH training videos to get you started right away with your new harness. Please do not share. These are for you! Enjoy the Journey~
How long do deliveries usually take?
1-5 days (delivery times may be altered due to holidays or weather.)

What is the return policy?
Exchange/Return/Refund policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Zero risk to you- Free exchange/return/refund within 15 days. You can use the pre-printed return label included with the original shipment to exchange or return an item as long as it's in new condition. *Used items will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Returned damaged items will void refund policy.
Recycle Program
Donate your old harness back to FRONT Harness and receive a 15% discount on a new FRONT Harness.
